Licence Types are defined in a Section 23(2) Regulatory Notice published from time to time in the Cayman Islands Gazette by the Utility Regulation & Competition Office ('OfReg' or the'Office'). A copy of the current notice is available HERE.

The Office will publish a copy of your completed application and any attachments on its web site unless it is accompanied by a claim for confidentiality in accordance with the ICTA Confidentiality Regulations (available HERE). If a claim of confidentiality is made, the application must be accompanied by a redacted version for the public record.
